Ordering & personalization
How does personalization work?
Choose your figurine, upload your photo and a preview of your figurine is generated before you order, so you can see the result before paying.
Which photo should I send?
A sharp, well-lit photo with the face visible from the front, without filters. A plain background and simple clothing give the best results.
Can you make a couple figurine?
Yes. The couple figurine comes with two people joined on one base, or separate. Choose a photo where both people are clearly visible.
What are Themes?
Ready-made worlds for your figurine: Miami Beach (with its outfit variations) and Christmas. Pick a theme, then the Pop or Chibi style, and upload your photo.
Sizes & finishes
Which size should I choose?
6 and 8 cm give the most faithful, detailed result. 4 cm is a lovely compact size, ideal for the keychain. 10 cm is available on some models.
Which finishes do you offer?
The colour figurine reproduces the colours of your photo. The monochrome figurine is made in a single shade (grey, white or black) for a clean look.
Can I add an engraved base?
Yes, on the colour figurine and the joined couple figurine: the engraved base is an option for €5 more, with up to 30 characters of text. It is never mandatory.
Preview & approval
When can I see my figurine preview?
The preview is generated from your photo before you order. You can change your photo or style until you place your order.
Can I change my figurine after ordering?
Production is based on the preview you approved. If something is wrong, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping
How long does it take?
Colour figurines (premium, couple, keychain): 5 to 10 days of production, then about 5 business days of delivery. Monochrome figurine: 1 to 4 days of production, then 4 to 5 business days. International delivery takes approximately 7 business days after production.
How much is shipping?
Colour figurines: €7.99, free from €59. Monochrome figurine: €4.99 in France (€7.99 express), €9.99 internationally. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship within France, the European Union and to many other countries. Available countries are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with your parcel tracking.
Payment & returns
Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed securely by Shopify. We never have access to your card details.
Can I return my figurine?
Because each figurine is custom-made from your photo, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28). If there is a defect or a mismatch with the approved preview, contact us and we will find a solution.
